Report a Claim​

 

If you would like our team’s guidance and assistance in filing a claim, call our office 984-833-6266 during regular business hours and your account manager will help you file a claim.

Please have the following information available so that we can better assist you:

• Your policy number

• Any official documentation (for example, a copy of the police report, pictures of damaged property, insured vehicle information, etc.).  You may need to email, scan or fax these documents to your claims adjuster.

• All receipts for any cost incurred, including temporary housing expenses.
