Report a Claim​
If you would like our team’s guidance and assistance in filing a claim, call our office 984-833-6266 during regular business hours and your account manager will help you file a claim.

Please have the following information available so that we can better assist you:

Your policy number

Any official documentation (for example, a copy of the police report, pictures of damaged property, insured vehicle information, etc.). You may need to email, scan or fax these documents to your claims adjuster.

All receipts for any cost incurred, including temporary housing expenses.
